For more than 25 years, I have worked across operational leadership, business improvement, commercial optimisation and organisational transformation, often alongside leaders navigating growth, change and increasing complexity.
That experience has shaped a practical, whole-of-business perspective. I look beyond the most visible issue to understand how priorities, decisions, people, systems and processes connect, then help bring structure to the work that needs to happen.

The Perspective I Bring
Business priorities rarely sit neatly within one function.
Growth can place pressure on structures, people and ways of working. Transformation can affect decisions, ownership and operating rhythms. Technology change can expose gaps in processes, capability, governance or readiness.
Even when the work begins in one area, I consider how it interacts with the wider business. This helps leaders understand the broader context, identify potential consequences and make more informed decisions about where to focus.
Experience Across Strategy and Delivery
Across my career, I have helped develop and execute strategy, led business improvement and transformation initiatives, strengthened governance and ways of working, supported technology change, and worked across organisational design, leadership development, employee experience and customer outcomes.
The work has often involved bringing together different stakeholders, clarifying complex priorities, creating structure where it was missing and staying close to implementation.
This experience has given me an understanding of both the strategic intent behind an initiative and the practical conditions that influence whether it can move forward.
Why I Created Insight Strategy Co.
I created Insight Strategy Co. to provide the kind of support that is often needed before a business moves into delivery.
A leader may know that growth is creating pressure, an important priority is not moving or a new system or technology is being considered. What is not always clear is what sits beneath the issue, how the different parts of the business connect and where to focus first.
That is where I help. I bring an independent, whole-of-business perspective, create structure around what is happening and help develop a practical pathway forward.
